Borland开发工具部门分离出来成立CodeGear公司
根据国外的媒体报道，Borland的开发工具部门DevCo正式分离成为独立运营但依然为Borland拥有的子公司CodeGear，Tod Nielson说所有的竞标者都因不能达到他为出售DevCo所制定的严格标准而未能达成收购。

For a long time, the main page of the delphi.about.com (this) site was “About Borland Delphi Programming”, then I turned it into “About Borland (”Devco”) Delphi Programming”, today (11/14/2006) the *new name* is “About CodeGear Delphi Programming“! And just when everybody felt nothing will happen, Borland Developers Tool Group (DTG) transforms into a new company: CodeGear.CodeGear is the new company that is born of Borland - a company totally focused on developers.
