Smart Tags and RTD Servers for Microsoft Office, the most popular end-user
applications. Add-in Express 2007 for VCL is developed for Delphi 5, 6, 7,
2005, 2006, 2007.

- Delphi 2007 with Update Pack 3;
The Personal edition of every Delphi version is not supported.
